AGM Board Nominations Form
The 2019 CRANAplus conference ‘Embracing Diversity to Build Stronger Connections’ and the Annual General Meeting is fast approaching.
This year’s conference will be held in the Hunter Valley, NSW and is shaping up to be yet another great event. The Annual General Meeting, which is a vital part of the workings of the organisation, will be held on the afternoon of Wednesday 18th September 2019 at 4:00pm.
This year as part of our normal three-year rotating term for Board members, there are three (3) vacancies to fill.
The vacancies are:
· Three Director Positions
If more than one nomination is received for each vacant position an election will be held.
The election, if required, will be carried out in accordance with the rules as per the Constitution.
As a member we value your continuing support, and if you have the time, energy and interest in governance, then I encourage you to consider nominating for the CRANAplus Board of Directors.
We regularly have healthy competition for vacant positions on the Board, a clear indication of our active and engaged membership.
So give it some thought and if you want to be part of the governance process of this dynamic organisation, send us your nomination on the form attached.
Nominations must be received prior to Saturday 20th July 2019 and include a brief summary of qualifications, experience and professional interests, and a statement as to why members should elect (re-elect) you to the Board of CRANAplus.
