Remu­ner­a­tion: Mul­ti­ple per­ma­nent full or part time posi­tions, hours negotiable,

$107,960 — $115,604 per annum (pro rata), (NG6 (1))

You will pro­vide clin­i­cal lead­er­ship and direc­tion to effec­tive­ly coor­di­nate nurs­ing care to our clients. You will work col­lab­o­ra­tive­ly with the health­care team to per­form com­pre­hen­sive assess­ments, devel­op­ing and imple­ment­ing care plans and eval­u­at­ing client care out­comes. Approach­ing clients with open and respect­ful com­mu­ni­ca­tion, you will devel­op effec­tive part­ner­ships to assist the client to under­stand and man­age their health issues, with the aim of achiev­ing opti­mised health and wellbeing.
