The Clinical Nurse demonstrates clinical leadership and management qualities in the provision of quality, cost effective, patient centred nursing care in consultation with other members of the primary health care (PHC) team and in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia’s National competency standards for the registered nurse. They provide best practise nursing care in the assessment and treatment of patients to promote, maintain and improve their health, functional ability and quality of life.
The Clinical Nurse (CN) is to assist in the provision of comprehensive Primary Health Care and Acute Care services to the communities of the Southern PHCCs. The primary responsibilities of these roles are to provide care that is appropriate and accessible to members of the public.
Remuneration value up to $112,691 p.a., comprising salary between $92,239 — $98,769 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NRG6) (Applications will remain current for the duration of the vacancy). Job Ad Reference: TC318703
