Mul­ti­ple Fixed-Term, Full Time and Part Time Shift-Work­er posi­tions work­ing up to 76 hours per fort­night until June 2021

Posi­tions are avail­able at Helly­er Com­mu­ni­ty Health Nurs­ing (CHN), Burnie Com­mu­ni­ty Health Cen­tre and Mersey-Lev­en CHN, Devon­port Com­mu­ni­ty Health Centre.

Notwith­stand­ing hours may be nego­ti­at­ed with the suc­cess­ful applicant.

Who are we look­ing for?

We are seek­ing dynam­ic, inno­v­a­tive and moti­vat­ed expe­ri­enced Reg­is­tered Nurs­es to work at Helly­er CHN, Burnie and Mersey-Lev­en CHN, Devonport.

Report­ing to the Nurse Unit Man­ag­er, you will work in col­lab­o­ra­tion with mem­bers of the health­care team to plan, imple­ment and eval­u­ate client care. You will work effec­tive­ly with­in a mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary team, con­tribut­ing to a pos­i­tive team cul­ture which strives for nurs­ing excel­lence. You will be work­ing with­in sev­er­al con­tem­po­rary mod­els of nurs­ing care includ­ing the Com­mu­ni­ty Rapid Response Ser­vice (Com­RRS), Com­mu­ni­ty Nurs­ing Enhanced Con­nec­tions Ser­vice (CoNECS), Hos­pi­tal in the Home (HITH) and gen­er­al­ist Com­mu­ni­ty Health Nurs­ing Ser­vices (CHNS) in the home and/​or clin­ic settings.
