Face-to-face Courses

Our face-to-face clinical skills courses provide certification and prepare nurses and midwives for remote practice

CRANAplus deliv­ers spe­cialised cours­es to sup­port and devel­op remote health and iso­lat­ed health pro­fes­sion­als and man­agers. From mid­wifery upskilling, to emer­gency nurs­ing, to man­age­ment cours­es, our clin­i­cal skills cours­es cov­er all fields of remote area practice. 

Through our nurs­ing cours­es such as our REC course, mater­ni­ty emer­gency care course, emer­gency triage work­shop, ALS cer­tifi­cate course, and BLS train­ing, we pro­vide remote nurse train­ing in prac­tice areas includ­ing basic life sup­port, advanced life sup­port, clin­i­cal emer­gency care, men­tal health train­ing, and Abo­rig­i­nal and Tor­res Strait Islander mater­ni­ty and remote emer­gency care.

Please note that the 2024 Jan­u­ary-June sched­ule will be released to CRANAplus Mem­bers at 12pm mid­day (AEST) Fri­day 29th Sep­tem­ber 2023. Ensure your mem­ber­ship is up-to-date to secure ear­ly access and registration!

CRANAplus is a not-for-prof­it enti­ty. Infla­tion has impact­ed all costs asso­ci­at­ed with course deliv­ery. There will be an increase in course fees in 2024 to enable sus­tain­abil­i­ty of our oper­a­tions and our capac­i­ty to deliv­er qual­i­ty edu­ca­tion on loca­tion through­out Australia.
