CRANAplus the top performer!
In a survey commissioned by Associations Matter for its 2013 State of the Sector report for professional associations, it was today announced by the survey company Survey Matters that CRANAplus came up as the organization most responsive to its members.
The announcement stated that ‘Survey Matters is delighted to deliver the results of the inaugural Associations Matter: 2013 State of the Sector Study for Professional Associations’ and added “A big congratulations to CRANAplus on being the TOP PERFORMER in this Study – an excellent result for you!”
The survey was open to all Australian and New Zealand professional associations. This particular study was designed for members of professional associations, whose primary focus is in offering services such as education and training, knowledge sharing, networking and advocacy on behalf of individuals.
The final analysis is based on 7,749 responses, received from a distribution of 48,129 surveys. This very large sample size results in a 99% survey confidence that the sample represents the population of professional association members in Australasia, with a reliability of plus or minus 2% around the results.
“We are delighted with the result” said Paul Stephenson, interim President of CRANAplus. “With an overall satisfaction rating of over 20% above the standard benchmark, it indicates that our members are pretty happy with the organisation and that we are listening and responding to them” he added.
What we try very hard to do, through our membership, education and support teams, is to respond to the needs of members and to provide a supportive network and environment, through which they can work.
Our organizational improvements over the years validate that we are willing to listen and make changes to our service delivery when required. We feel that our members are a part of the CRANAplus family and it’s clear from this result that our members share that same view.
It’s very exciting news and we are grateful for our members feedback. It gives us the enthusiasm to continue and improve the engagement that we have established with our members.
