In a sur­vey com­mis­sioned by Asso­ci­a­tions Mat­ter for its 2013 State of the Sec­tor report for pro­fes­sion­al asso­ci­a­tions, it was today announced by the sur­vey com­pa­ny Sur­vey Mat­ters that CRANAplus came up as the orga­ni­za­tion most respon­sive to its members.

The announce­ment stat­ed that Sur­vey Mat­ters is delight­ed to deliv­er the results of the inau­gur­al Asso­ci­a­tions Mat­ter: 2013 State of the Sec­tor Study for Pro­fes­sion­al Asso­ci­a­tions’ and added A big con­grat­u­la­tions to CRANAplus on being the TOP PER­FORMER in this Study – an excel­lent result for you!”

The sur­vey was open to all Aus­tralian and New Zealand pro­fes­sion­al asso­ci­a­tions. This par­tic­u­lar study was designed for mem­bers of pro­fes­sion­al asso­ci­a­tions, whose pri­ma­ry focus is in offer­ing ser­vices such as edu­ca­tion and train­ing, knowl­edge shar­ing, net­work­ing and advo­ca­cy on behalf of individuals.

The final analy­sis is based on 7,749 respons­es, received from a dis­tri­b­u­tion of 48,129 sur­veys. This very large sam­ple size results in a 99% sur­vey con­fi­dence that the sam­ple rep­re­sents the pop­u­la­tion of pro­fes­sion­al asso­ci­a­tion mem­bers in Aus­trala­sia, with a reli­a­bil­i­ty of plus or minus 2% around the results.

With an over­all sat­is­fac­tion rat­ing of over 20% above the stan­dard bench­mark, it indi­cates that our mem­bers are pret­ty hap­py with the organ­i­sa­tion and that we are lis­ten­ing and respond­ing to them” he added.

What we try very hard to do, through our mem­ber­ship, edu­ca­tion and sup­port teams, is to respond to the needs of mem­bers and to pro­vide a sup­port­ive net­work and envi­ron­ment, through which they can work.

Our orga­ni­za­tion­al improve­ments over the years val­i­date that we are will­ing to lis­ten and make changes to our ser­vice deliv­ery when required. We feel that our mem­bers are a part of the CRANAplus fam­i­ly and it’s clear from this result that our mem­bers share that same view.
