CRANAplus will be host­ing a sym­po­sium from 25 – 26 May 2017 in Dar­win on Col­lab­o­ra­tive, Engag­ing & Con­nect­ed Work­places (CECW).

The Sym­po­sium is aimed at address­ing issues that cre­ate tox­ic work­places. We are call­ing for expres­sions of inter­est from mid­dle to senior man­age­ment and human resource pro­fes­sion­als in the remote health sec­tor who deal with bul­ly­ing, work­place con­flict and harass­ment on a reg­u­lar basis.

The CECW Sym­po­sium will focus on high­light­ing the psy­cho­log­i­cal impor­tance of healthy work­places. It will explore the spe­cif­ic con­text of remote health and draw on the com­bined exper­tise of the par­tic­i­pants. It will explore ways that lead­ers in remote health utilise evi­dence-based mea­sures to fur­ther pre­vent and man­age con­flict, in order to main­tain and cre­ate safe, pro­duc­tive and sus­tain­able workplaces.
