Working in Emerald Hospital, a Clinical Nurse – Cancer Care is a Registered Nurse who is accountable at an advanced level for the coordination of clinical practice

Posi­tion: Clin­i­cal Nurse (Can­cer Care)

Loca­tion: Emer­ald

Clas­si­fi­ca­tion: Nurse Grade 6(1)

Sta­tus: Per­ma­nent Part Time (22.8 hours per fortnight)

Work­ing in Emer­ald Hos­pi­tal, a Clin­i­cal Nurse – Can­cer Care is a Reg­is­tered Nurse who is account­able at an advanced lev­el for the coor­di­na­tion of clin­i­cal prac­tice. This posi­tion pro­vides lead­er­ship and sup­port to nurs­ing and med­ical staff and sup­ports the deliv­ery of com­pe­tent, best prac­tice qual­i­ty nurs­ing care, while work­ing in col­lab­o­ra­tion with the line man­ag­er of the unit.

Salary Infor­ma­tion — Nurse Grade 6 (1):

Total remu­ner­a­tion val­ue of up to $35,518.59 p.a. is com­prised of;

  • A salary between $48.887 — $52.33 p.h.
  • Up to 12.75% employ­er super­an­nu­a­tion contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading

Vac­cine Pre­ventable Dis­eases (VPD) Requirements:

It is a con­di­tion of employ­ment for this role for the employ­ee to be, and remain, vac­ci­nat­ed against vac­cine pre­ventable dis­eases as list­ed on the Role Description.
