Position Profile: This position is responsible for standards of nursing practice and monitoring client/patient care in the area of responsibility. The CNM promotes and maintains collaborative relationships with clients, carers, peers, visitors, medical staff and other members of the team. This position also is responsible for the management of human and material resources and environmental safety for the provisions of safe and cost effective care with the area of responsibility.
