Com­pris­ing salary $109,921 — $118,093, super­an­nu­a­tion, leave load­ing and the val­ue of 2 weeks extra recre­ation leave.

In addi­tion to the above pack­ages pro­fes­sion­al devel­op­ment allowances, remote local­i­ty and salary sac­ri­fice pro­vi­sions apply.

Peo­ple liv­ing in rur­al and remote areas in Aus­tralia face sev­er­al chal­lenges when it comes to receiv­ing ade­quate health care. 

As part of a mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary remote health team, you will pro­vide appro­pri­ate, sound clin­i­cal and pro­fes­sion­al care, which affects the work process­es, ser­vices, and clients of the spe­cial­i­ty ser­vice. This posi­tion requires a min­i­mum for 4 years broad based nurs­ing expe­ri­ence rel­e­vant to deliv­ery of remote pri­ma­ry health care. Appli­cants are required to hold cur­rent Remote Emer­gency qual­i­fi­ca­tion, Mater­ni­ty Emer­gency Qual­i­fi­ca­tion and Vac­ci­na­tion Cer­tifi­cate. Appli­cants will be required to hold a man­u­al dri­vers licence and be required to trav­el via 4WD or light air­craft to remote com­mu­ni­ties in Cen­tral Australia.
