Primary and Public Health Care Outreach
Ongoing in Alice Springs
As a member of the multidisciplinary Primary and Public Health Care Outreach Team, you will promote and improve the health of children and families in remote Aboriginal communities of Central Australia and Barkly Regions, through strategic, comprehensive, evidenced based child and family health clinical leadership. Eligibility to hold an NT driver’s licence, willing and able to travel to remote areas on a regular basis by road, light plane and to stay for up to a week is required.
You will be a registered nurse holding a current certificate of registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Additionally you will have demonstrated advanced knowledge, skills and experience in child and family health and a readiness to promote a learning environment through clinical support, instruction, and feedback including mentoring students, graduates and less experienced staff.
