Salary

• Salary range $3714.50 to $3977.40 p.f. $48.87 to $52.33 p.h. (mul­ti­ple posi­tions, hours negotiable)

Duties/​Responsibilities

Role require­ments

• Manda­to­ry:
  • Bach­e­lor of Nurs­ing or equiv­a­lent is a manda­to­ry qual­i­fi­ca­tion for this position. 
• High­ly Desirable:
  • Post­grad­u­ate qual­i­fi­ca­tions rel­e­vant to the posi­tion or work­ing towards a rel­e­vant qualification.
  • Pos­ses­sion of or work­ing towards a rel­e­vant post-reg­is­tra­tion and/​or ter­tiary qual­i­fi­ca­tions in men­tal health nurs­ing would be well regarded.
  • Exten­sive expe­ri­ence in Emer­gency Depart­ment and a cur­rent Adult Life Sup­port certificate.
  • Adult Life Sup­port Cer­tifi­cate: Must be able to obtain and then main­tain an annu­al com­pe­ten­cy in Advanced Life Sup­port as per Townsville Hos­pi­tal and Health Ser­vice pol­i­cy Life Sup­port Train­ing and Assess­ment ‑THSDCLI040151v6 (http://​qheps​.health​.qld​.gov​.au/​t​v​i​l​l​e​/​p​o​l​i​c​i​e​s​/​t​h​s​d​c​l​i​/​t​h​s​d​c​l​i​0​4​0​1​5​1.pdf)
