Nurse Level 4 RDO, Remuneration Package Range $127,156 — $136,490
(Comprising salary $109,921 — $118,093 superannuation, leave loading and the value of 2 weeks extra recreation leave) In addition to the above packages; professional development allowances and salary sacrifice provisions.
Primary and Public Health – Remote Services

This position provides outreach clinical services to remote communities with specific focus on improving outcomes in early detection and management of preventable chronic conditions. This includes completing Adult Health Checks, overseeing Chronic Conditions Care Plans and the use of clinical recalls and traffic light reports. The applicant must have experience working with the management Chronic Conditions and providing health promotion activities to prevent and manage chronic conditions.
Extensive remote travel is a requirement of this position.
You will have current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia or eligible for same and highly developed specialist clinical knowledge and skill, including problem identification and solution, analysis and interpretation of clinical data, and implementation of innovative and effective client care
