Nurse Lev­el 4 RDO, Remu­ner­a­tion Pack­age Range $127,156 — $136,490

(Com­pris­ing salary $109,921 — $118,093 super­an­nu­a­tion, leave load­ing and the val­ue of 2 weeks extra recre­ation leave) In addi­tion to the above pack­ages; pro­fes­sion­al devel­op­ment allowances and salary sac­ri­fice provisions.

Pri­ma­ry and Pub­lic Health – Remote Services 

Fixed vacan­cy avail­able to 30/06/2023 in Alice Springs

This posi­tion pro­vides out­reach clin­i­cal ser­vices to remote com­mu­ni­ties with spe­cif­ic focus on improv­ing out­comes in ear­ly detec­tion and man­age­ment of pre­ventable chron­ic con­di­tions. This includes com­plet­ing Adult Health Checks, over­see­ing Chron­ic Con­di­tions Care Plans and the use of clin­i­cal recalls and traf­fic light reports. The appli­cant must have expe­ri­ence work­ing with the man­age­ment Chron­ic Con­di­tions and pro­vid­ing health pro­mo­tion activ­i­ties to pre­vent and man­age chron­ic conditions.

Exten­sive remote trav­el is a require­ment of this position.

You will have cur­rent reg­is­tra­tion with Nurs­ing and Mid­wifery Board of Aus­tralia or eli­gi­ble for same and high­ly devel­oped spe­cial­ist clin­i­cal knowl­edge and skill, includ­ing prob­lem iden­ti­fi­ca­tion and solu­tion, analy­sis and inter­pre­ta­tion of clin­i­cal data, and imple­men­ta­tion of inno­v­a­tive and effec­tive client care
