Posi­tion Pro­file: Assess­ment, plan­ning, treat­ment and fol­low-up ser­vices to con­sumers of Com­mu­ni­ty Men­tal Health Ser­vices. Liaise with all oth­er ser­vice providers to enhance ser­vices to con­sumers to pro­mote men­tal and phys­i­cal health and car­ry out Men­tal Health pro­mo­tion and edu­ca­tion in the area.
