Please note this recruit­ment process requires com­ple­tion of sat­is­fac­to­ry Pre-Employ­ment Health Assess­ment (PEHA). Whilst this selec­tion process will ini­tial­ly be used to fill the above vacan­cy, it may also be used to fill oth­er sim­i­lar” vacan­cies through­out the health ser­vice. In addi­tion to this, should the suc­cess­ful appli­cant decline or vacate the adver­tised vacan­cy, then the next most suit­able appli­cant may also be select­ed from this process. Posi­tion Pro­file: The role pro­vides advanced clin­i­cal nurs­ing prac­tice and gov­er­nance to ensure safe and qual­i­ty patient care, whilst pro­vid­ing nurs­ing lead­er­ship and man­age­ment to ensure the pro­vi­sion of effec­tive and effi­cient ser­vices. The suc­cess­ful can­di­date will sup­port the DON/HSM and region­al man­age­ment team in devel­op­ing and imple­ment­ing ini­tia­tives for includ­ing pro­gres­sion of the health reform strat­e­gy, con­tin­u­ous qual­i­ty improve­ment and improv­ing patient safety.
