About the Role…
Report­ing to the CEO, the Pub­lic Health Exec­u­tive Man­ag­er is respon­si­ble for ensur­ing that train­ing and capac­i­ty build­ing occurs for our sta. You will lead a diverse team to deliv­er a high stan­dard of Pub­lic Health Ser­vices and work close­ly with the Exec­u­tive team. 

In this role, you will be respon­si­ble for: 

Imple­ment­ing Pub­lic Health strate­gies for the organisation
Mon­i­tor com­pli­ance, poli­cies, pro­ce­dures of the section
Lead and roll-out Pub­lic Health projects and pro­grams with stake­hold­er engage­ment Con­tin­u­ous review and improve­ment of ser­vice delivery
Over­see­ing bud­gets and sta per­for­mance requirements

About You…

• Respect for and respon­sive­ness to Abo­rig­i­nal cul­ture and protocols 
• Rel­e­vant ter­tiary qual­i­fi­ca­tions and strong expe­ri­ence in Health and Med­ical Ser­vices Management 
• Knowl­edge of rel­e­vant legislation 
• Expe­ri­ence com­mu­ni­cat­ing and engag­ing with a range of stakeholders 
• Cur­rent Dri­ver’s licence 
• OCHRE Card (Work­ing with Chil­dren) or the abil­i­ty to apply 
• Be ful­ly COVID 19 vaccinated
