We're looking for a dedicated & experienced NUM to join our team. The role will provide operational and clinical leadership, management and direction for Acute & Maternity wards.

As a NUM at Benal­la Health, you will join a senior lead­er­ship group that is com­mit­ted to enhanc­ing the patient expe­ri­ence, inspir­ing fel­low work­ers to be their best and cre­at­ing a pos­i­tive work­place culture. 

The role of the NUM is to be respon­si­ble for ensur­ing the pro­vi­sion of high qual­i­ty, safe and evi­dence-based prac­tice across all areas of the Inpa­tient Ser­vices through effec­tive lead­er­ship and man­age­ment of both staff and oth­er resources. 

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions in mid­wifery are desir­able for the role.
