The WA Coun­try Health Ser­vice con­sists of sev­en regions across the state with the Gold­fields being geo­graph­i­cal­ly, the largest of the sev­en regions, cov­er­ing the entire south east cor­ner of the state. The vast and ver­sa­tile geog­ra­phy of this region is spec­tac­u­lar and fea­tures arid desert in the north, sandy beach­es on the south coast and the great west­ern wood­land in between.

Posi­tion Pro­file: We are seek­ing to appoint a suit­ably qual­i­fied Team Leader to pro­vide mul­ti-dis­ci­pli­nary team lead­er­ship, oper­a­tional line man­age­ment and clin­i­cal ser­vice imple­men­ta­tion, con­trol and mon­i­tor­ing of a com­mu­ni­ty men­tal health team with­in an inte­grat­ed region­al health ser­vice, com­pli­ant with Nation­al Stan­dards and leg­isla­tive require­ments. The Men­tal Health team aims to deliv­er a com­pre­hen­sive range of high qual­i­ty com­mu­ni­ty focussed men­tal health ser­vices to res­i­dents of the Gold­fields Region.
