Tell me more… This posi­tion will lead and progress strate­gic and oper­a­tional MHAODS pro­gram devel­op­ment and inte­gra­tion with­in the health sys­tem in col­lab­o­ra­tion with exter­nal agen­cies and com­mu­ni­ties includ­ing devel­op­ing mod­els of care to meet com­mu­ni­ty, con­sumer and work­force require­ments by improv­ing link­ages and part­ner­ships with oth­er sec­tors and ser­vices for pop­u­la­tion groups with mul­ti­ple and com­plex needs.
