Respon­si­bil­i­ties:

• The Region­al Man­ag­er – Home Care (RMHC) is respon­si­ble for the effec­tive man­age­ment of Com­mu­ni­ty Ser­vice Pro­grams, includ­ing human, finan­cial and mate­r­i­al resources

• Iden­ti­fy and imple­ment strate­gic oppor­tu­ni­ties for the pro­grams, fos­ter a healthy and safe work­place for all staff and vol­un­teers and plan, coor­di­nate and eval­u­ate the deliv­ery and stan­dards of the service
• Ensure the man­agers with­in Com­mu­ni­ty Ser­vices are pro­vid­ing ser­vices con­sis­tent with the rel­e­vant leg­is­la­tion, qual­i­ty frame­work and fund­ing guidelines
• You will be a strong leader and have pri­or expe­ri­ence in the man­age­ment and men­tor­ing of a large and diverse clin­i­cal team

Require­ments:

• Bach­e­lor of Nurs­ing Qualification
• Diplo­ma in Man­age­ment / Lead­er­ship or demon­strat­ed expe­ri­ence of 3 years +
• Demon­strat­ed expe­ri­ence dri­ving high per­for­mance and man­ag­ing Com­mu­ni­ty Pro­gram Performance
• Demon­strat­ed expe­ri­ence in lead­ing a diverse team of people
