As CRANAplus’ Workforce Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in strengthening Australia’s remote health workforce, with a focus on supporting Remote Area Nurses and Midwives (RAN/Ms). You’ll lead and coordinate a range of initiatives—including scholarships, awards, mentoring programs, professional development opportunities, and career pathways programs. Through this work, you’ll contribute to sustainable, long-term improvements across the remote healthcare landscape, empowering RAN/Ms and other remote health professionals to thrive in the communities they serve.
