We employ a mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary team of Health Pro­fes­sion­als to sup­port our clients in the com­mu­ni­ty with acute health care needs such as; com­plex wound care, chron­ic dis­ease man­age­ment, con­ti­nence advice and reha­bil­i­ta­tion. Our Health team con­sists of:
