The CRANAplus Strate­gic Plan encap­su­lates the strong val­ues of the organ­i­sa­tion and sets out the key pri­or­i­ties over the com­ing five years to grow the organ­i­sa­tion from strength to strength. It was impor­tant to us to ensure that no one pri­or­i­ty was held in prece­dence over anoth­er and to acknowl­edge that the pri­or­i­ties are inter­linked. This high­lights the com­plex nature of tack­ling the issues that face the remote and iso­lat­ed health work­force and how a mul­ti-faceted approach is required to dri­ve mean­ing­ful change.
