To represent, support and educate the remote and isolated health workforce to promote the development and delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare.
The CRANAplus Strategic Plan encapsulates the strong values of the organisation and sets out the key priorities over the coming five years to grow the organisation from strength to strength. It was important to us to ensure that no one priority was held in precedence over another and to acknowledge that the priorities are interlinked. This highlights the complex nature of tackling the issues that face the remote and isolated health workforce and how a multi-faceted approach is required to drive meaningful change.
