Face-to-face Courses
Our face-to-face clinical skills courses provide certification and prepare nurses and midwives for remote practice
CRANAplus delivers specialised courses to support and develop remote health and isolated health professionals and managers. From midwifery upskilling, to emergency nursing, to management courses, our clinical skills courses cover all fields of remote area practice.
Through our nursing courses such as our REC course, maternity emergency care course, emergency triage workshop, ALS certificate course, and BLS training, we provide remote nurse training in practice areas including basic life support, advanced life support, clinical emergency care, mental health training, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander maternity and remote emergency care.
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements: All participants attending a face-to-face workshop will be required to show evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status upon entry to the course venue. A minimum of two vaccine doses is required. However, where jurisdictions implement public health orders for three doses this will be applied.
Please note there will be an increase in course fees from 1st July 2022. This will mark the first fee increase since 2018 and is due to the rising costs of freight, travel and hospitality during the pandemic.
