First Line Triage
Our First Line Triage Course (FLTC) is designed specifically for Medical Receptionists and/or Practice Nurses with a focus on the application of triage principals in a primary health setting. It is typically delivered on an organisational basis with prices being provided upon application.

The CRANAplus First Line Triage course (FLTC) focuses on the triage of patients and appointment management in a primary health setting. The course upskills the primary health practitioner to confidently assess patients and apply the principles of triage to ensure patients receive appropriate care.
CRANAplus encourages candidates to apply the knowledge and skills learnt within the context of the policies of the employing health service and within each individual’s own scope of practice.

Given the remote location of many of our courses, we are sometimes restricted to Vegetarian and Gluten Free dietary options. While we always supply fresh food and fruit, particular foods may not be easily accessed in remote areas. Should you have quite specific restrictions we encourage you to bring some basics and then pick and choose from the fresh food offered on the day. You should also inform us of any allergies you may have so we can advise the caterer and be aware of the situation.
