Tell me more… The Clin­i­cal Nurse Con­sul­tant – Fam­i­ly Health is respon­si­ble for clin­i­cal lead­er­ship and con­sol­i­da­tion of qual­i­ty clin­i­cal and non-clin­i­cal Mater­nal, Child & Ado­les­cent Health Pro­grams across the pri­ma­ry health care con­tin­u­um with­in South­ern Sec­tor – Tor­res and Cape Hos­pi­tal and Health Service.
