About the Role

• Con­tracts from 6 weeks to 6 months available
• Oppor­tu­ni­ty to extend
• Respon­si­ble for deliv­ery high qual­i­ty mater­nal care ser­vices to the women and babies in Indige­nous areas of Queensland

Skills and Requirements

• At least two years expe­ri­ence as a midwife 
• Expe­ri­ence with MGP is desir­able but will­ing to train if com­ing from Core 
• Pre­vi­ous rur­al or remote nurs­ing experience 
• Cur­rent, unre­strict­ed AHPRA registration 
• Min­i­mum of 2 years expe­ri­ence work­ing as a Reg­is­tered Mid­wife in Aus­tralia or New Zealand 
• Must have full work­ing rights
