We are cur­rent­ly seek­ing a tem­po­rary Dis­trict Man­ag­er for the South­ern region to become a mem­ber of our dynam­ic team. The role of the Dis­trict Man­ag­er involves pro­vid­ing expert advice, lead­er­ship, coor­di­na­tion, and over­sight to ensure the effec­tive and effi­cient deliv­ery of Pri­ma­ry and Pub­lic Health Care (PPHC) services.

The suc­cess­ful appli­cant will have:

• Cur­rent Reg­is­tra­tion with Nurs­ing and Mid­wifery Board of Aus­tralia or eli­gi­ble for same
• Grad­u­ate Cer­tifi­cate beyond entry-to-prac­tice rel­e­vant to spe­cial­i­ty area (for the per­ma­nent role)
• Expe­ri­ence dri­ving a man­u­al vehi­cle and be eli­gi­ble to obtain a NT Dri­vers Licence
• Will­ing­ness to trav­el to remote com­mu­ni­ties by 4WD or light air­craft on a reg­u­lar basis and stay for up to a week as required.
