YNA are requiring Level 1 Year 5/6 Registered Nurses who have extensive experience in the Acute and Emergency Department sectors within Regional and Remote settings to work block placements for a minimum 4 week commitment with the possibility of extension.

About the Role

YNA are requir­ing Lev­el 1 Year 5/6 Reg­is­tered Nurs­es who have exten­sive expe­ri­ence in the Acute and Emer­gency Depart­ment sec­tors with­in Region­al and Remote set­tings to work block place­ments for a min­i­mum 4 week com­mit­ment with the pos­si­bil­i­ty of exten­sion. The Reg­is­tered Nurse will be required to have cur­rent ALS, Triage and Resus skills. There are var­i­ous block place­ments avail­able across hos­pi­tals with­in the Eyre and Far North Local Health care Network.

  • Exten­sive Rur­al & Remote exposure
  • Acci­dent and Emer­gency exposure
  • Advanced Life Sup­port Accreditation

  • IV catheter­i­sa­tion
  • Admin­is­tra­tion of Medication
  • Expe­ri­ence in LeeCare, OACIS etc.
  • Sun­rise trained
  • Full South Aus­tralian Dri­vers Licence
  • Reli­able Car
