While the posi­tion is based in Cairns, you will have the unique oppor­tu­ni­ty to per­form out­reach ser­vices with a close team of clin­i­cans to the Tor­res Stait Islands. Work­ing in a remote and cul­tur­al­ly diverse envi­ron­ment enhances cul­tur­al com­pe­ten­cy, adapt­abil­i­ty, and prob­lem-solv­ing skills. It pro­vides a chance to devel­op a broad­er skill set and make a last­ing impact. This posi­tion will oper­ate from a flex­i­ble, fam­i­ly cen­tred, trans­dis­ci­pli­nary mod­el that is respon­sive to cul­tur­al con­text, local need, and pri­or­i­ties with poten­tial vari­a­tion in workforce/​team members.
