We are seek­ing an enthu­si­as­tic Nurse to join our mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary team. In this role you will pro­vide nurs­ing ser­vices in the area of wound care, in both clin­ic and com­mu­ni­ty set­tings, along­side ser­vice pro­vi­sion in the areas of catch-up Immu­ni­sa­tion deliv­ery and chron­ic dis­ease mon­i­tor­ing for Rheumat­ic Heart Dis­ease and res­pi­ra­to­ry clients. You will have expe­ri­ence in the pro­vi­sion of autonomous Pri­ma­ry Health Care nurs­ing prac­tice and the abil­i­ty to work well with­in a team environment. 

The suc­cess­ful appli­cant must have cur­rent Aus­tralian Health Prac­ti­tion­er Reg­u­la­tion Agency (AHPRA) reg­is­tra­tion, a NT Driver’s Licence and a recog­nised vac­cine provider cer­tifi­cate (i.e. About Giv­ing Vac­cines certificate).
