The respon­si­bil­i­ties include treat­ing ill­ness, pro­mot­ing well­be­ing, and main­tain health sys­tems to bet­ter health out­comes for remand and sen­tenced pris­on­ers at the Alice Springs Cor­rec­tion­al Centre.

You will be a reg­is­tered nurse hold­ing a cur­rent cer­tifi­cate of reg­is­tra­tion with the Nurs­ing and Mid­wifery Board of Aus­tralia. Addi­tion­al­ly, you will have a demon­strat­ed under­stand­ing of issues affect­ing Abo­rig­i­nal health and the prin­ci­ples of Pri­ma­ry Health Care. All enquires are welcome.
