The suc­cess­ful appli­cant will work col­lab­o­ra­tive­ly with the Spe­cial­ist Nurs­ing team and wider Pri­ma­ry Health Care teams, to pro­vide cul­tur­al­ly appro­pri­ate, evi­dence-based Con­ti­nence care to adults and chil­dren, includ­ing triag­ing, clin­i­cal ser­vice pro­vi­sion, resourc­ing, advice and edu­ca­tion, ear­ly iden­ti­fi­ca­tion and treat­ment, pri­ma­ry pre­ven­tion and pro­mo­tion of pos­i­tive health behav­iours across the lifespan.

Appli­cants will be required to hold an NT Dri­vers Licence and a cur­rent vac­ci­na­tion cer­tifi­cate to ful­fil the respon­si­bil­i­ties of the position.
