We are seek­ing a Child and Fam­i­ly health Nurs­es to join our Pri­ma­ry Health Care Out­reach team. 

You will be work­ing in the Healthy under 5 Kids Part­ner­ing Fam­i­lies pro­gram pro­vid­ing a spe­cial­ist Out­reach ser­vice to chil­dren under 5 years and their fam­i­lies in remote Abo­rig­i­nal com­mu­ni­ties. HU5KPF pro­gram incor­po­rates growth and devel­op­ment assess­ments, vac­ci­na­tions, par­ent­ing sup­port and advice in age-spe­cif­ic child health checks. 

• Cur­rent reg­is­tra­tion with Nurs­ing and Mid­wifery Board of Australia 

• Demon­strat­ed high­ly-devel­oped clin­i­cal knowl­edge and skills in Child and fam­i­ly Nursing

• Man­u­al dri­vers license
