Pro­vide sound pro­fes­sion­al advice crit­i­cal in deal­ing with sig­nif­i­cant issues relat­ed to assess­ment, plan­ning, review, eval­u­a­tion, and coor­di­na­tion of edu­ca­tion pro­grams in defined prac­tice areas. Sup­ports the pro­fes­sion­al devel­op­ment of Child and Fam­i­ly Health Nurs­es (CFHN), Remote Area Nurs­es, Abo­rig­i­nal Tor­res Strait Islander Health Prac­ti­tion­ers and CFHN under­grad­u­ates’ tran­si­tion to prac­tice in the workplace. 

The suc­cess­ful appli­cant must have expe­ri­ence dri­ving a man­u­al vehi­cle with eli­gi­bil­i­ty to obtain an NT Driver’s licence and be will­ing and able to trav­el to remote areas on a reg­u­lar basis by road, light plane and to stay for up to a week as required.
