What you need to be successful?

• Show­case your abil­i­ty to work cohe­sive­ly with­in a team and inde­pen­dent­ly, con­tribut­ing to a pos­i­tive and sup­port­ive work environment. 
• Skill­ful­ly assess and pri­or­i­tize patient needs for prompt and effi­cient care. 
• Con­tribute to the community’s health by deliv­er­ing immu­niza­tions and main­tain­ing vac­ci­na­tion records. 
• Play a cru­cial role in sched­ul­ing and sup­port­ing the com­ple­tion of com­pre­hen­sive care plans. 
• Assist in per­form­ing health checks and main­tain­ing patient care cycles to ensure opti­mal well-being. 
• Uti­lize your exper­tise in per­form­ing ECG, Holter, BP mon­i­tor­ing and Spirom­e­try tests to aid in accu­rate diagnostics. 
• Pro­vide com­pas­sion­ate and effec­tive wound care to enhance patient recovery. 
• Assist with minor pro­ce­dures and clin­i­cal care with doctors
• Accu­rate­ly input patient infor­ma­tion into Best Prac­tice for seam­less record-keeping.

Is the role right for you? 

• A Bach­e­lor of Nurs­ing with cur­rent reg­is­tra­tion with AHPRA as a Reg­is­tered Nurse 
• Cur­rent cer­tifi­cates and licen­sure for CPR, vac­ci­na­tions, Pap tests etc. 
• Cur­rent ​‘Work­ing with Chil­dren Check’ and crim­i­nal record check, or the abil­i­ty to obtain. 
• Pref­er­ence for some­one with expe­ri­ence in a sim­i­lar role.
