Amelia is a Registered Midwife with a background in policy, advocacy and education. She brings leadership and management experience from both the education and health sectors to her role with CRANAplus. Her commitment to the health disparities experienced by minority and marginalised groups has shaped her career to date.

In 2018 she was awarded ACT Midwife of the Year and is currently a candidate of Women and Leadership Australia’s Advanced Leadership Program. Amelia sits on the Midwifery Accreditation Committee for ANMAC and is a volunteer facilitator on CRANAplus’ maternity education courses.
