Amelia Druhan
Executive Director of Education Services
Amelia Druhan is a Registered Midwife and educator with executive management and board director experience across the health and education sectors. Equitable health and education outcomes for minority, marginalised and priority groups has shaped her 25 year career. She brings a demonstrated commitment to quality, safe, sustainable and accessible healthcare to her role at CRANAplus.
Amelia has completed several terms on the ANMAC Midwifery Accreditation Committee, holds two non-executive board director positions and in 2018 was awarded Midwife of the Year (ACT). She is a graduate of the Women and Leadership Australia (WLA) Advanced Leadership Program. In 2023 Amelia completed the flagship Company Directors Course and remains an active member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Amelia worked at CRANAplus between 2018-early 2023, holding the position of Deputy CEO 2021 – 2023. Following a period working clinically in the Community Controlled health sector, Amelia returned to CRANAplus and the Executive Director of Education position in late 2024.
