Resources
Check out our range of resources, designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of rural and remote health workers.
CRANAplus develops written resources to support the mental health and wellbeing of the remote and rural health workforce, including nurses, midwives, Aboriginal health workers, and other health professionals.
These address the challenges faced by the workforce, such as living and working remotely, developing resilience, and navigating natural disasters and trauma. They support the development of coping strategies and engagement with additional support options.
We encourage you to distribute these resources among your staff, by printing the below PDFs, sharing the link or file, or by contacting us to order printed resources such as pens, self-care magnets and wellbeing packs.
Contact us at wellbeing@crana.org.au to request printed resources.
