About the Role

The Admin­is­tra­tion, Logis­tics and Equip­ment Offi­cer deliv­ers high-qual­i­ty, respon­sive sup­port across admin­is­tra­tive, equip­ment man­age­ment, and logis­tics functions. 

This role plays a crit­i­cal part in enabling the edu­ca­tion team to oper­ate effi­cient­ly and effec­tive­ly, ensur­ing seam­less coor­di­na­tion and resource avail­abil­i­ty to uphold CRANAplus’s com­mit­ment to excel­lence in health­care education.

Ini­tial key focus areas include:
  • Sched­ule and con­firm freight book­ings for equip­ment and resources to be deliv­ered Aus­tralia wide and arrive in align­ment with course deliv­ery timelines.
  • Coor­di­nate the dis­tri­b­u­tion of CRANAplus-brand­ed items to facil­i­ta­tors, includ­ing uni­forms, back­packs, and oth­er rel­e­vant materials.
  • Assem­ble com­plete sets of equip­ment and admin­is­tra­tive mate­ri­als for edu­ca­tion courses.
  • Iden­ti­fy restock­ing require­ments, com­plete doc­u­men­ta­tion, and inves­ti­gate any equip­ment faults or issues.
  • Pur­chase con­sum­ables, equip­ment, and resources from var­i­ous sup­pli­ers — both online and in-per­son — to sup­port require­ments for learn­ing experiences.
  • Ensure all equip­ment and con­sum­ables stored in the ware­house are secure, well-organ­ised, and in work­ing con­di­tion for deployment.
  • Main­tain clear and trans­par­ent pro­ce­dures for dis­patch­ing and receiv­ing course equip­ment, and com­mu­ni­cate these process­es with­in the ware­house team.

What we are look­ing for:

  • Cer­tifi­cate IV in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion (or equivalent)
  • 3 – 5 years of demon­strat­ed expe­ri­ence in office admin­is­tra­tion or a com­pa­ra­ble pro­fes­sion­al setting. 
  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing in a high-vol­ume, fast-paced envi­ron­ment with a proac­tive approach to work­load management. 
  • Demon­strat­ed abil­i­ty to pri­ori­tise tasks, solve prob­lems, and main­tain atten­tion to detail under pressure.
  • Excel­lent inter­per­son­al and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills & abil­i­ty to engage effec­tive­ly with a vari­ety of people
  • Demon­strat­ed expe­ri­ence work­ing with com­put­ers and soft­ware pro­grams such as Microsoft Office

Desir­able:

  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing in a health/​medical organ­i­sa­tion or com­ple­tion of a med­ical ter­mi­nol­o­gy course.
  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing in logis­tics, with freight or freight companies.


This role involves the man­u­al han­dling of var­i­ous edu­ca­tion equip­ment sets, so you will need to be com­fort­able using trol­leys and oth­er man­u­al han­dling supports.
