We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join our Adelaide office. Reporting to the General Manager for Corporate Services, this role provides critical administrative, governance, and project coordination support to the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team.
You’ll be a key driver in ensuring smooth operations, supporting high-level decision making, and leading the coordination of CRANAplus’ flagship events, including the Annual Conference and AGM.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join our Adelaide office. Reporting to the General Manager for Corporate Services, this role provides critical administrative, governance, and project coordination support to the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team.
You’ll be a key driver in ensuring smooth operations, supporting high-level decision making, and leading the coordination of CRANAplus’ flagship events, including the Annual Conference and AGM.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide high-quality executive support, including diary management, correspondence, travel bookings, and meeting coordination.
- Oversee day-to-day Adelaide office operations, supporting staff and visitors.
- Deliver secretariat services for Board and Executive meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action follow-up.
- Act as Project Lead for major organisational events, including the Annual Conference.
- Coordinate Department of Health and Aged Care reporting requirements.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and CRANAplus values in all interactions.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar business support or executive assistant role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and other platforms.
- Experience in project coordination or event management.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong initiative.
- Certificate, Diploma, or degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Current Driver’s Licence
Desirable:
Project management qualifications with experience coordinating large events and/or high-level government reporting.
