Key Respon­si­bil­i­ties

• Man­age clin­i­cal gov­er­nance, audits, and qual­i­ty improve­ment projects 
• Over­see res­i­dent care, ensur­ing best-prac­tice delivery

About You

• Cur­rent AHPRA reg­is­tra­tion as a Reg­is­tered Nurse 
• Min­i­mum 3 years’ expe­ri­ence in aged care (senior RN lev­el or above) 
• Strong under­stand­ing of clin­i­cal gov­er­nance and aged care compliance 
• Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion, lead­er­ship, and prob­lem-solv­ing skills 
• Pas­sion­ate about deliv­er­ing high-qual­i­ty, res­i­dent-focused care
