About the Role
As the Clin­i­cal Care Man­ag­er, you will be respon­si­ble for over­see­ing the clin­i­cal oper­a­tions with­in the Demen­tia spe­cif­ic envi­ron­ment, ensur­ing the high­est qual­i­ty of care is deliv­ered to the res­i­dents. You will lead a team of skilled nurs­es and care staff, pro­vid­ing guid­ance, sup­port, and clin­i­cal exper­tise to main­tain excel­lence in aged care services.

About You

• Reg­is­tered Nurse (RN) with cur­rent AHPRA registration.
• Proven expe­ri­ence in a clin­i­cal lead­er­ship role with­in res­i­den­tial aged care.
• Strong clin­i­cal skills with exper­tise in demen­tia care and aged care standards.
• Abil­i­ty to lead, man­age, and men­tor a mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary team.
• Excep­tion­al com­mu­ni­ca­tion, prob­lem-solv­ing, and deci­sion-mak­ing skills.
• Knowl­edge of accred­i­ta­tion process­es, clin­i­cal gov­er­nance, and com­pli­ance requirements.
• Demon­strat­ed abil­i­ty to dri­ve con­tin­u­ous improve­ment in clin­i­cal care services.
• Pas­sion­ate about deliv­er­ing per­son-cen­tered care in a demen­tia-spe­cif­ic environment.

Desir­able Criteria:

• Post­grad­u­ate qual­i­fi­ca­tion in Aged Care, Demen­tia Care, or rel­e­vant field.
• Recent expe­ri­ence work­ing in spe­cialised demen­tia care or sim­i­lar setting.
