Tell me more… The Clin­cal Nurse Con­sul­tant will assist in the devel­op­ment and pro­vi­sion of Acute and Pri­ma­ry Health Care Ser­vices, men­tor­ing and sup­port­ing the pri­ma­ry health care clin­i­cians through­out North­ern TCHHS. Although recruit­ed pri­mar­i­ly to a Pri­ma­ry Health Care Cen­tre, the CNC may be required to work in any of the Pri­ma­ry Health Care Cen­tres on the out­er islands of the Tor­res Strait in response to oper­a­tional demands.
