About the Role:

You will work as part of a mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary clin­i­cal lead­er­ship team, respon­si­ble for ensur­ing high stan­dards of infec­tion pre­ven­tion and con­trol across the hos­pi­tal. The posi­tion is suit­ed to a Reg­is­tered Nurse with demon­strat­ed lead­er­ship poten­tial, a strong qual­i­ty focus, and the abil­i­ty to dri­ve best prac­tice with­in a com­plex sur­gi­cal and med­ical setting.

Key Cri­te­ria:

• Cur­rent AHPRA Registration
• Grad­u­ate Cer­tifi­cate in rel­e­vant specialty
• Expe­ri­ence in Infec­tion Con­trol (coor­di­na­tor or com­mit­tee level)
• Excel­lent inter­per­son­al and team col­lab­o­ra­tion skills
• 3+ years post-grad expe­ri­ence and/​or pre­vi­ous lead­er­ship preferred
• Must be eli­gi­ble to work in Australia
