Posi­tion Pro­file: Respon­si­ble to the DON/HSM for the day-to-day man­age­ment and coor­di­na­tion of the Acci­dent and Emer­gency, The­atre and Cen­tral Ster­il­is­ing Sup­ply Depart­ment of the Katan­ning Health Service.

To be suc­cess­ful in this role, you will have:

  • Demon­strat­ed excel­lent clin­i­cal nurs­ing knowl­edge and skills par­tic­u­lar­ly in Acci­dent & Emergency.
  • Work­ing knowl­edge of the Oper­at­ing the­atres and Cen­tral Ster­il­i­sa­tion and Sup­ply Department.
  • Demon­strat­ed advanced lev­el of com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills (oral and written).
  • Demon­strat­ed com­mit­ment to pro­fes­sion­al development.
  • Demon­strat­ed advanced lead­er­ship skills.
  • Com­pre­hen­sive knowl­edge of qual­i­ty man­age­ment and accred­i­ta­tion processes.
