These N3 roles are for the Dar­win based Cor­rec­tion­al facil­i­ties, where nurs­es deliv­er com­pre­hen­sive care to a vul­ner­a­ble pop­u­la­tion in a dynam­ic and evolv­ing envi­ron­ment. As part of a nurse-led ser­vice, you’ll respond to med­ical emer­gen­cies, man­age chronic con­di­tions, admin­is­ter med­ica­tions, sup­port men­tal health, and deliv­er pre­ven­ta­tive care — all guid­ed by the CARPA Stan­dard Treat­ment Man­u­al.

With occa­sion­al on-call respon­si­bil­i­ties and no night shifts, this posi­tion sup­ports a healthy work-life bal­ance.
