Position Profile:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist – Community Health is responsible for the coordination of primary health care for vulnerable children and families within the community setting, collaborates and advocates with key stakeholders within and outside the region. Collects data and prepares reports for specific child health projects. Acts as a role model and consultant to nurses and other health service providers providing knowledge, clinical expertise and best practice within area of responsibility.
