Posi­tion Pro­file:
As the Clin­i­cal Nurse Spe­cial­ist you will be respon­si­ble for the: 

• Day to day oper­a­tional man­age­ment of the Wal­pole, Jer­ra­mungup, and/​or Bre­mer Bay Health Centres

• Pro­vi­sion of emer­gency care, Mon­day to Fri­day dur­ing clin­ic hours and on an on-call basis, after hours on des­ig­nat­ed days. 

• Planned, coor­di­nat­ed and com­pre­hen­sive pri­ma­ry health,chronic dis­ease man­age­ment, immu­ni­sa­tion and health pro­mo­tion to the com­mu­ni­ty of Jer­ra­mungup and catchment

The East­ern Low­er Great South­ern region includes Raven­sthor­pe, Bre­mer Bay, and Jer­ra­mungup, and is home to some of the most unique Nation­al Parks and Reserves in Aus­tralia. The Fitzger­ald Riv­er Nation­al Park pro­vides spec­tac­u­lar recre­ation­al oppor­tu­ni­ties with­in its var­ied land­scapes includ­ing bush­walk­ing, camp­ing, fish­ing, canoe­ing, whale watch­ing, swim­ming, and surfing.
