We are currently looking for a Director of Nursing/Health Service Manager who is looking for an exciting career opportunity in the Eastern Great Southern region of Western Australia!
- Salary: RN SRN Level 5 $140,062 p.a (plus 11.5% superannuation)

This position comes with WACHS-subsidised housing in Ravensthorpe or nearby Hopetoun, and a generous location-specific incentive of $10,000 WA Country Health Service — Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Demonstrated clinical skills for acute, emergency, and residential care nursing practice environments.
- Demonstrated record of achievement in leadership and management at a senior nursing level, including financial, human resource and facility management.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of continuous quality improvement systems, including risk management and clinical governance systems.
