We are currently looking for a Director of Nursing/Health Service Manager who is looking for an exciting career opportunity in the Eastern Great Southern region of Western Australia!

This posi­tion comes with WACHS-sub­sidised hous­ing in Raven­sthor­pe or near­by Hopetoun, and a gen­er­ous loca­tion-spe­cif­ic incen­tive of $10,000 WA Coun­try Health Ser­vice — Coun­try Nurs­ing and Mid­wifery Incen­tive Program

To be suc­cess­ful in the role, you will have:

  • Demon­strat­ed clin­i­cal skills for acute, emer­gency, and res­i­den­tial care nurs­ing prac­tice environments.
  • Demon­strat­ed record of achieve­ment in lead­er­ship and man­age­ment at a senior nurs­ing lev­el, includ­ing finan­cial, human resource and facil­i­ty management.
  • Demon­strat­ed expe­ri­ence in the appli­ca­tion of con­tin­u­ous qual­i­ty improve­ment sys­tems, includ­ing risk man­age­ment and clin­i­cal gov­er­nance systems.
