About the Role
As a Remote Area Nurse, you will be a key part of a multidisciplinary team delivering holistic, patient-centred care to Indigenous and remote communities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive primary health care services in a remote clinic setting
- Responding to emergencies and providing stabilisation before retrieval
- Promoting health education and preventative health strategies
- Working collaboratively with Aboriginal Health Practitioners and other clinic staff
- Participating in on-call and after-hours rosters as required

What You’ll Need
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Remote emergency Management, including advanced life support and triage
- Midwifery Emergency Management
- At least 2 years’ experience in a primary health or remote clinical setting
- Immunisation Provider
- Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural and multidisciplinary environment
- Current Driver’s Licence, National Police Clearance (less that 6 months old), and NT Working with Children Check
- Vaccinations status as per NT health regulations
